You will receive your voucher at the end of the appointment. It is redeemable upon receipt. Once the voucher is given, it cannot be reissued. Participants are responsible for their own food and drinks. Only blackout dates include major holidays and special events depending on resort availability at the time of booking. This cannot be refunded and there is no monetary value or compensation given outside of the travel voucher. Voucher must be used within 18 months of receipt.
